The HALTI Headcollar works by steering the dog’s head in the direction in which the owner wants to go and therefore the body has to follow, ensuring a comfortable lead walking experience for all. The HALTI Headcollar is approved by vets and recommended by canine experts worldwide. Created to stop a dog pulling by providing steering control from the chest rather than the head. Ideally used with a HALTI Training Lead to give maximum control, the back ring above the shoulders manages forward movement while the front connection slows the dog down. Unlike some anti-pull harnesses, Halti Harness does not put painful pressure on the dog’s body when steering the dog. J1342 – Pet Corrector Gain the dog’s attention in the instant they are exhibiting an unwanted behavior. When the Pet Corrector emits a hissing sound, the dog is distracted and the owner can then insert a positive command and reward. Pet Corrector should always be used responsibly, it should never be used directly into an animals face and is not recommended for use with young puppies. A transparent cone and neck restraint flap allows visualization of mouth and teeth while performing clinical procedures on restrained but relaxed cats and very small dogs. It is essential in keeping the see-through cone on the face to allow one to examine the eyes, such as pupillary response. The front opening in the see-through cone, with a properly fitted muzzle, will keep the mouth clinched while the patient’s gums and most teeth can be evaluated by using one’s finger to pull the lips away. Velcro straps keep the cone placed firmly on the face while connected to the restraining flap that is around the neck. Available in four sizes. The next generation of Headcollar guaranteed to stop a dog pulling. Steering the dog in the same way as the original HALTI Headcollar, additional OptiFit features ensure the perfect fit for all dog face shapes, from short nosed Boxers to long nosed Wolfhounds. The OptiFit includes an adjustable chin strap lock to stabilize the nose piece and self-adapting cheek straps to ensure the headcollar does not rise up to dog’s eyes. Dogs can wear muzzles for many reasons. Whether for the careful socialization of a new rescue dog, general handling or to safely manage aggression, it is important that the dog is happy and secure wearing a muzzle.
